**Refund & Cancellation Policy**
We aim to provide top-notch delivery service, but if something goes wrong, here’s how we handle it.
**Cancellations:**
- You may cancel a delivery up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may not be refunded.
**Refunds:**
- If we fail to complete a delivery due to our fault, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
